Our small cutting boards are crafted from red or gloden cedar.  They are roughly 5 1/2" by 12".  All of our cutting boards are one single piece of wood, which means they are free from glues, resins, poly urethanes and chemicals.  We give these boards a first coat of our own personal oil blend containing only sunflower oil and beeswax.
